What we’re looking for

We are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead the Inventory engineering team, which builds and manages business critical systems like demand and fulfillment integrations, order management, Inventory Parameter Management (IPM) and Kmart Allocation Tool.

You will be responsible for coaching and mentoring a team of engineers and guide them across both technical and career growth.

About You

  • Manage delivery to achieve business goals, coach, and mentor the team and provide technical and career guidance for the engineering team.
  • Ability to ensure the right software systems are built in coordination including Blue Yonder, Mainframe, WMS etc.
  • Previous experience in a hands-on engineering role and being able to contribute to architectural design and review.
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and Agile ways of working.
  • Ability to identify system limitations and create high level plans and approaches to solve technical issues.
  • Excellent analytical, critical thinking, problem solving and decision-making skills. Good coordination and project management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the capability to interact effectively with team members and stakeholders
