The role

The Store Fulfilment Manager’s key purpose is to provide an exceptional and seamless experience to our online customers.
Reporting to the Store Manager and based out of select online hub stores across the country, the Store Fulfilment Manager (online) will have the responsibility for leading the largest team in the store, rostered across 24 hours, 7 days per week, to deliver a great customer experience.

As such, flexibility will be essential to work across this span of hours on a rostered basis.

Responsibilities will include:

• Establishing & leading the team with a balanced approach towards the need for speed and efficiency required to provide a great customer experience
• Building partnerships and working collaboratively with stakeholders both internally and externally
• Implementing and leading effective and efficient processes to deliver a great customer experience, whilst remaining focused on continuous improvement
• Holding themselves and their team accountable to each other, identifying risks and hazards through a proactive safety culture
• Developing and delivering multi-mode communications that convey a clear message to all team members across all working hours.
• Fulfilling key operational metrics such as delivery in full, units per hours, productivity, NPS and damages.
• Recruit, train, coach and develop team and ensure a high level of competency and engagement.

About You

The ideal candidate should have a solid background in retail management and a strong belief in delivering excellence in customer experience. Previous experience with managing online / fulfilment is highly regarded.

Keeping the team safe, productive and on top of delivering a great experience will take a highly engaging, organized and structured leader.

You will be a high achiever with a passion that will motivate and inspire your team, along with a good understanding of E-commerce and online fulfillment practices.
