What we’re looking for?

We currently have a fantastic opportunity in our IT department for an IT Service Desk Analyst, to provide technical support to our retail stores, supply chain and store support offices. This will be a part-time opportunity of 20 hours per week.

The successful candidate will:

  • Investigate and resolve incidents & problems to restore service within the agreed SLA
  • Provide a 24/7 support service on a rotating roster cycle
  • Ensure follow-up with customers to confirm incidents are resolved
  • Provide level 1 and some level 2 support
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and drive them to implementation
  • Ensuring system downtime is minimized.
  • Engaging successfully with other support functions in the coordination of incident resolution activities
  • Ensuring constant customer satisfaction

About You

We are looking for someone who has proven experience as an IT Service Desk Analyst. You will be someone that has experience with a variety of support experience including phone, online chat, and walk-ups. You will be someone who has experience supporting Microsoft Applications and ServiceNow.
