What are we looking for?

We have a fantastic opportunity for an Optimisation Manager to join our team and support the Digital Operating System for Apparel in stores.  Reporting to the Innovation Manager, you will be accountable for the team that supports stores to embed DOSA in the way they run their store, and  lead, coach, drive and champion an agile and innovative culture, and provide delivery and change management support to DOSA stores.

Other responsibilities may include:

  • Change ManagementSupport store teams in their uptake of new systems and processes, liaising with tech team for new features where required, and develop training materials and support structures that allow stores to upskill and become comfortable with robotics
  • Cross-Functional EngagementReview and align activities and operations of New Formats team, and develop feedback and reporting mechanisms
  • Continuous Improvement Framework – drive innovation and efficiency, develop SOP’s and communicate SOP’s through effective training methods

About You

The ideal candidate will have a tertiary qualification with a minimum of 5 years’ experience working business / retail industries and specific experience in retail operations (store operations, supply chain, inventory, store renewal, shared services, IT) strongly regarded.  Demonstrated leadership and relationship building / stakeholder management is essential as is capacity to be an effective and positive change agent with a continuous improvement mindset along with proven interpersonal skills, ability to coach, and counsel team members
