What are we looking for?

We are seeking an experienced Creative & Content Producer reporting into the Personalisation Product Owner who is responsible for understanding the online customer and their changing consumer needs and behaviours. As the Creative & Content Producer you will also be able to develop, adapt or source designs (imagery and copy) to be used for personalisation use cases across 1:1, media and onsite and if required, work with creative agency or offshore team to brief in content requirements. Make recommendations on content to improve customer conversion by using analytics tools and insights. 

To be successful in securing this role, you will ideally possess the following skills and experience;

  • Strong understanding of the fundamentals of digital customer experience across channels
  • Strong understanding of digital content best practices and requirements for key channels (1:1, onsite and media).
  • Experience with eCommerce, search, display, social and email content development.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop)
  • Strong visual design and copy-writing skills
  • Ability to both create new content and adapt existing content to different dimensions or formats
  • Ability to analyse and optimise content performance
  • 1-2 years experience in a content, copy-writing, visual design or user interface design role.
  • Strong portfolio of designs for emails, media ads and websites.


About You

As the Creative & Content Producer you will responsible to co-ordinate and drive the design and delivery of digital content across channels. By understanding the customer journey and triggers enriching product and editorial content to elevate the customer experience and drive conversion. Work effectively with internal and external stakeholders to deliver content to personalisation delivery squad.


Key responsibilities of this role are outlined as follows:

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to present designs persuasively.
  • Ability to brief in requirements to agencies as required in a clear manner.
  • Ability to understand and deliver on requirements in a fast-paced environment
  • Innovative and creative with a focus on continuously improving and optimising
  • Strong attention to detail with great planning and organisational skills
  • Collaborates with stakeholders for creating business case required for product enhancements and owns the business case for technology enhancements
