What we’re looking for?

Reporting in to the Infrastructure Services Manager, the role of Workforce Technology Manager is responsible for providing workplace collaboration and end user computing technology solutions across the Kmart Group. The functionality and stability of the tools and systems we use to collaborate, communicate and support key business functions are critical to support the success of Kmart Group. Leading a team of Systems and Voice Engineers, this role is responsible for designing, developing, deploying, managing and supporting mission critical and diverse workplace technology solutions and services in large scale, complex and geographically distributed environments.

About You

To meet the challenges of this role, you will ideally possess the following skills and experience;

  • Strong strategy and planning skills in a similar role;
  • Outstanding stakeholder and change management skills and experience, coupled with good financial management, billing and cost recovery;
  • Amazing leadership skills with a focus on virtuous culture and values;
  • Previous experience developing and mobilising the workplace technology strategy and lifecycle management program;
  • Ability to develop and execute the technical infrastructure roadmap and life-cycle management plan across over 500 Stores, Regional DCs and Offices in Australia, NZ and Asia.
