Our Customer Service Manager will lead a team of 20+ staff. Your main responsibilities will include delivering a high standard of customer service at the checkouts, service desk, laybuy, photolab and store entry (customer greeter), merchandise presentation at registers, developing team members in efficient checkout operation, effective management of team rosters and ensuring the team works together to make Kmart the place where customers want to shop.

We currently have a Service Manager vacancy in Darwin.  As the ideal candidate you will require:

  • Prior retail leadership experience from a big box high, volume environment to really hit the ground running!
  • A passion for delivering results that will motivate your team
  • Leadership abilities that develop and inspire high performing teams
  • The ability to foster strong relationships with team members, peers, customers and leaders
  • Lots of enthusiasm, initiative, problem solving abilities and a reliable nature
