Due to pending vacancies in the Marketing team for maternity-leave cover, we are now seeking experienced retail marketing specialists to support timely delivery of ATL/BTL initiatives and drive campaign activity across key categories. Reporting in to the Marketing Manager, other key responsibilities of a Marketing Specialist role will include;

  • Translate customer and business insights into effective retail campaigns including identifying new opportunities to drive footfall and transactions
  • Develop campaign briefs for agencies whilst working closely with internal merchandise teams to better understand future trends and range planning
  • Work closely with other business units to ensure campaign activities present a unified message across all customer touchpoints, are fit for platform and generate high levels of engagement

To be successful in securing this role, ideally you will possess the following skills and experience;

  • Results-focused and deadline-driven with an understanding of analytics and customer insights and the role they play in strategy, planning and post-campaign analysis
  • Formal qualifications in Marketing, Communications (or similar related) degree
  • Experience in retail or consumer marketing within a fast-paced, high volume environment (highly preferable)
  • High level of experience in the coordination of marketing communication across consumer ATL & BTL channels (i.e. catalogue, TV, digital)
  • Demonstrated strong communication and influencing skills
