Our Commercial Finance team has an opportunity for a commercially focused Finance Manager to actively and strategically improve our Victorian based DC through the analysis of supply chain costs and strategies including the evaluation, communication and implementation of financial performance improvement strategies.

This role will provide the opportunity to develop a deep understanding of our DC and Supply Chain performance with a view to provide input into the strategy, budgeting and forecasting process. This will incorporate the preparation, analysis and benchmarking of financial data relating to DCs to improve the overall performance of the DC. Using your sound analysis skills, you will develop recommendations and appropriate financial strategies.

This role will require you to develop strong working relationships with the Operations and DC Managers to ensure close consultation on financial improvement strategies. This will provide you the opportunity to discuss, consolidate and review the strategy and its impact.

You will be tertiary qualified with preference shown to CA or CPA qualifications. Your ability to interrogate, analyse and review data with a focus on identifying anomalies and opportunities, coupled with your experience in developing and analysing trends to proactively address current or potential issues, will be well regarded.

Your sound understanding of the budgeting and planning process and ability to successfully influence and negotiate with key stakeholders to meet favourable outcomes will see you excel in this position.
