Our Retail Service Manager leads a team of 20+ staff whilst provide an exceptional in-store customer experience through strong leadership of service across the store to drive sales and profit growth. They develop a positive store culture by leading and managing the team through effective communication, team engagement and team member development with a commitment to the Kmart strategy all while driving and developing a safety focused culture in store.

The ideal candidate should have a solid background in retail management at a team leader level combined with exceptional delivery in customer service. You will be a high achiever with a passion that will motivate and inspire your team, along with the ability to manage those above and below you. Enthusiastic and reliable, your ability to work flexible hours and at different locations will be the key to your success.
