We are currently transforming the look and feel of our stores with the aim of significantly increasing our retail business. We have 200 stores already open throughout Australia and New Zealand, we employ over 30,000 team members and we have another 50 new stores in the pipeline to ensure we are expanding our business

We currently have a very rare opportunity available for an experienced large format Store Manager to lead one of our store teams in the ACT.

Store Managers will have led large teams of 200+ staff with 4 or more direct reporting managers while working with sales in excess of $30M per year. The Store Manager ensures that there is a positive store culture where customer service is a priority, managing the financial performance of the store, promoting strong leadership by coaching and developing the management team and team members and ensuring plans and strategies are effectively employed to increase sales and reduce expenses. With the focus on improving the in-store experience, they provide clear direction to the management team to enhance the store environment and ensure we are the number one discount department store for Australian customers.

To qualify for this rare opportunity, you must have had prior exposure to a big box high volume environment so that you are able to hit the ground running!
