As we enter our new growth phase, to help deliver our plans and vision we have created a new position, Tech Lead.
Reporting to the Innovation Program Manager, this role will see you responsible for leading innovation projects from a technology perspective, informing future solutions roadmap and prototype development.
To be successful in this role you will have the following:
· Ability to impact stores and customers with innovative initiatives which positions Kmart as a global leader in customer experience and store operations
· Able to lead pre-development stage of projects, interfacing with internal IT department.
· Demonstrated experience in developing projects related to mobile/e-commerce payment space
· Has led Projects and understands project Management
· Experience in developing innovation projects, using human centred design methodologies
· High level experience in digital project development
You will need to have previous experience working in a multifunctional team, composed by Business Designers, Visual Designers, Ethnographic Research, Qualitative research and Operations.
Previous work should showcase strong conceptual ideas together with your ability to communicate the strategies that has driven some of your work.
The ability to present work in front of other teams and prior work in innovation projects.
