Due to an upcoming maternity leave cover, we are now seeking an experienced Creative Manager/Snr Art Director for a 12-month fixed-term contract who has a passion for making inexpensive products highly desirable. In the role of Creative Manager, your overall responsibility will be for the creative integrity of Kmart branded collateral and protection of the brand DNA whilst challenging and elevating photo shoots, campaigns, language and brand integration. This role will see you managing an experienced team of designers who are focussed on delivering creative outputs that will increase customer interest, and sales.
Working closely with our Marketing and Digital teams, other key responsibilities in this role will be to;
- Provide the creative input relating to brand integration
- Creation of digital content, catalogue and point of sale in line with marketing campaigns and business requirements
- Collaboration across multiple business units and management of creative agency suppliers
- Oversee the day-to-day catalogue/digital production
- Provide creative leadership and support to contribute to continued team development and growth whilst balancing creative needs with the demands of the business.
To be considered for this role you will have extensive experience in a Creative Manager, Creative Director or Snr Art Director role, preferably with retail exposure. You will be an encouraging and supportive manager with a focus on creating a collaborative team environment where everyone works together to create a successful result. Working with strict deadlines and timeframes, you will enjoy being in a high performing team in a fast-paced environment.
