We are expanding our Digital Marketing team and have a need for a Digital Analytics Specialist to join the Kmart family.  This role will see you responsible for discovering, developing and distributing meaningful tactical and strategic insights for digital marketing and subsequently making strategic recommendations to help shape the future digital marketing activity within Kmart.  You will also be responsible for social media listening and weekly and monthly reporting.

 

To be successful in this role you will have the following:

  • solid experience as a digital analytics specialist with an emphasis on proactive, insights driven analysis and reporting;
  • Experience with Google Analytics, SQL, Advanced EXCEL, social media listening tools as well as dashboard software such as chart.io or tableau;
  • Knowledge of key and contributing metrics used to assess and derive insights from digital marketing;
  • Excellent stakeholder management experience;
  • Previous experience working in a complex, fast paced environment;
  • Proven ability to drive business insights and recommendations based on data driven analysis; and
  • Experience driving segmentation analysis that drives business decisions.
